We enjoyed our week at this cute beach cottage. Location near the Point and other beach access was perfect. Kitchen and living room were great to hang out as a family. We loved the screened in porch. The bathrooms were a bit small and lacked counter space. Overall a great spot to enjoy the beach!

The place was good for the price, but the house is not that clean,,,when we arrived in we found dirty clothes at the room, and by the wall floors are dusty it seems like they cleaned just around, the beach is about a little more of quarter of mile walking exactly .34 mile.

Great location for peace and quiet. Easy walk to the point. A good value for the money. Some items are a bit dated and show use, but for the price and location it is a good.

This house is so cute! We stayed here and we are most definitely staying again. The house is in a perfect place not long walk to the point and not long walk to the beach access the Atlantic Ocean too! I would say the walk to the beach you got a decent size dune to go over so be mindful of that. The house was very clean and perfect for a small family or a few friends!

This duplex is in a great location & located on the pointe! Only a 5-10 minute drive to town. The walk to the beach is very short, but just as a heads up most of the walk is in sand. The home itself is very clean & the host was great communicating with us making sure we were all set for check in! The only downside is towels & linens aren’t provided, and extra trash bags however the host makes this known ahead of time so we were prepared. Overall, great stay & would stay again!

We had the best time! The beach access was so close! The beach area was beautiful and clean! The condo was clean and spacious! My kids had the best time even just sitting out on the balcony outside the sliding doors of the bedrooms. We loved how close it was to go grab some groceries and out to eat, and we loved that it wasn’t overly crowded and could easily find a place to set up on the beach. The place was perfect and I wish we could have stayed longer!! Highly recommend this beach condo. So fun and spacious and clean!

This condo's location was excellent...a semi-oceanfront unit with a large space for 4 adults. The beds were comfy and the condo met all our needs. Because the beach at The Point is incredibly wide, the haul from the condo to the water's edge (we tried both beach accesses) took 8 minutes so be sure to pack what you need for your day on the beach. Love that it's not crowded whatsoever!

Great location

Nice interior. Plenty of room. It does take a bit of a trek through dunes to get to the water but beaches in the area are impressively wide and spacious. Not the "no linens". That is definitely unusual for similar listings.

The apartment was overall ok. Could have been cleaner. What we didn't like was that we had to bring our own towels and linen. The apartment was too expensive to have to bring your own stuff. I have seen better equipped vacation rentals for similar or less money.

Cool place, great location, good host

My mother and I had a wonderful time staying at this really neat home. The outdoor showers were very convenient and the decks had pretty views showing the neighborhood and ocean in the background. The house was very clean. The location was amazing. The Point, which is only a few minutes (walking distance) away is spectacular. The host was great to work with, great communication. The kitchen had everything we needed. We had a wonderful time at this special spot!

Easy to find and close proximity to beach

The property was easy to find and in close proximity to public beach entrances. You can see the ocean from the second story porch. Beds were comfortable. Outdoor showers were handy to wash sand off. Only concerns were tub upstairs didn't drain properly amd had to stand in inches of water for shower and toilet downstairs took a long time to fill up so had to wait to flush.

Family Wedding Weekend

The location was great for getting to beach. Need to bring sheets for the beds. Never had that required before. We had to purchase trash bags and paper towel but left for the next group. Otherwise it was a good choice to meet our needs and pricing.

Great neighborhood, good place, amazing beach

The place itself was pretty good with some areas that could have used better cleaning along with the check in process having limited guidance. The host was kind and quick to respond though and the area itself is amazing with a unique and beautiful part of the beach. While the beach may be advertised a “one minute walk” be prepared to walk much further to actually get to a place where you can set your stuff or be near the water. That being said, the beach itself is beautiful with long stretches of sand and dunes and one of the most amazing views you will get from any location. If you have a permit you can drive on the beach. Missing garbage bags. Overall, enjoyed the stay and the price was right!
