This five-bedroom home is perfect for families and groups who want room to spread out and enjoy both the sound and the ocean during their stay. The home sits directly on the sound, creating a quiet waterfront setting where guests can relax, watch wildlife, enjoy sunsets, or sip morning coffee on the porch. Inside, the home features two full living areas, making it ideal for multi-family vacations, larger groups, or anyone wanting space and privacy. The main level includes a bright living room and a fully equipped kitchen, while the lower level includes a second living area with a TV, a foosball table, and direct access to the outdoors.

All five bedrooms include comfortable beds and TVs, giving every guest their own relaxing space. On the main level, the primary bedroom features a king bed, a TV, and a private master bathroom. The two additional bedrooms on this level each have a queen bed and a TV, and they share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a bathtub. On the lower level, guests will find two more queen bedrooms, each with its own TV, along with convenient access to the lower-level bathroom.

The main kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, pots, pans, cookware basics, and a dining area for group meals. The lower-level kitchenette adds even more convenience, with a refrigerator, sink, microwave, and coffee maker—ideal for teens, in-laws, or guests who want their own space to snack or unwind.

The home’s two living spaces make spreading out incredibly easy. The main living room features comfortable seating and convenient access to the kitchen and upper bedrooms. The lower-level living area includes a TV, foosball table, and outdoor access, making it a great hangout spot for kids or a second relaxation area for adults.
