Detta hem är helt nytt till hyresmarknaden från 2019 sommarsäsongen! Var den första att njuta av de nya helt nya möblerna, renoveringarna och de lägre hyrorna! Medan det kommer att finnas en VRBO-avgift vid kassan, kommer det inte att finnas några extra avgifter från ägaren för sängkläder, städning, spjälsäng eller barnstol.

Vackert anlagd fastighet med en mycket privat bakgård, varmvatten utomhusdusch, stor däck och gasgrill. Solrum med utsikt över bakgården. En berättelse, så inga trappor att klättra! Master svit har en king size-säng och privat badrum, drottningar i de andra 2 sovrummen. Hampers i varje rum, separat tvättstuga och utomhuskläder.

Inkluderar tillgång till en privat gated parkeringsplats med havsutsikt med utomhusdusch och gångväg till stranden! Inget behov av att gå från huset! Vår privata strand tillgång är bara ett kvarter från Bogue Inlet Pier med offentliga toaletter, en närbutik, tackla butik och utmärkt fiske!

Roku TV är i varje sovrum och vardagsrum med en Hulu-prenumeration på varje TV för ett stort urval av TV-program och filmer! Blu-ray i vardagsrum, höghastighetsinternet, moderna möbler och inredning, många spel att leka, fullt utrustat kök, gott om mat och bestick för att hålla dagen.

Beläget i hjärtat av EI så kan du gå till många affärer och restauranger. Gå till ljudet framför Cedar Street Park i slutet av gatan. Det är också perfekt för cyklister ... 11 mil cykelväg. Ta med dina cyklar! (uthyrning finns på ön).

Sängkläder ingår (lakan, filt, 4 kuddar per säng, handdukspaket, som inkluderar ett bad, hand och tvättduk per person samt ett badkar kommer också att inkluderas). Gratis första papperskorgen, 1 rulle toalettpapper i varje badrum, en rulle pappershanddukar och salt, peppar och kryddor för att få din avkopplande semester påbörjad. Gratis spjälsäng och barnstol tillgänglig.

Medan inga husdjur är tillåtna har ägarens hund varit inuti hemmet, så det kan vara så att husdjursdrift är närvarande.

A great house

Awesome vacation home!

Wonderful stay!! The house had all we needed plus more and was extremely clean and comfortable! We loved the location as we could walk to the pier at the end of the street to see the sunset or drive to the private parking area for visiting the beach! The lot was private and quiet with a nice deck in the back with an outdoor table and grill. The rooms and beds were very comfortable. 100 percent would recommend! Hope to return next year!

Perfect beach getaway

This was our first time visiting EI, and our first time not staying on the beach, and we honestly didn't miss it. The beach is just down the street, and the private access was amazing. The sunset at the dock just down the road was gorgeous. Heather was excellent with communication, although we didn't need to bother her one bit during our stay because we had everything we needed, and more. My only suggestion would be shaded parking... and that's just being petty because we went during an insane heat wave and I have black leather seats We would not hesitate to book this home again!

Fun despite Hurricane Debby

We have never been to Emerald Isle. We had a great time exploring and seeing what the area had to offer. The house was perfect for our needs. Our daughter brought her best friend and they loved having their choice of rooms and all the amenities. Hurricane Debby cut our stay short because of my worry about all the rain. I highly recommend this house. So comfortable and well equipped. We will visit again!

We had a wonderful stay at this well equipped home away from home. Great location to the beach, the Sound and the shops. The host has thought of every aminity you would need. Nice privacy fence, outdoor shower and patio area outside as well.

Best vacation in the books

First of, this house was beautiful and super spacious. Towels, kitchen essentials, etc were all provided and ready when we arrived. Walking to the beach is easy, as well as driving to the beach. Stores are close, mini golf nearby, go karts, perfect for your kidsos enjoyment 😌 The outdoor patio was also very nice, along with the outdoor shower to wash all the sand off after beach travels. The air conditioning in the home itself was superior and would freeze you out, so it was nice coming home in the super hot weather to cool off. The owner has good communication and is nearby to respond to messages. We had an amazing time, and would most definitely book this stay again. Thanks heather for such a great vacation and for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home! 💙 See you next year!

Private, quiet, comfortable

We usually stay beach side but we are now rethinking our priorities. This property was very clean, well-equipped, and so peaceful. We love to cook and the recently updated kitchen was perfectly apportioned for big dinners and quick lunches. The updates in the master bath were thoughtful and convenient. The double cherries on top of it all was the private beach parking and beach access, and the super-fast responses to any and all questions we had (which were very few) thanks to the clear communications from the owner. We look forward to booking again!

Fantastic home, fantastic location

We love this place!! This is our 3rd year staying here & can’t say enough good things. The house is setup really well to accommodate our group of 5 adults & 1 child. The outdoor space has a great deck w lots of shade for hanging out & meals, plus a great outdoor shower. The house is all one level & super clean. It’s in a quiet area and the beach is still easily accessible w the included parking access. This home will always be our 1st choice when vacationing in EI.

Great property and loved the location.

We had a great vacation at Emerald Isle and a big part of the reason was this beach house and easy access to the beach. We normally stay oceanfront, and we were a little hesitant. While no need to be. The location of the home is in a great neighborhood and the parking at the beach was easy and always available. The home was clean, with modern/updated bathrooms and kitchen. We loved the back deck. With all the shade from the trees, the deck was always cool and relaxing when getting back from the beach. Heather was great to work with and always got right back with answers to questions. I would recommend the property and we plan on staying again when we return to Emerald Isle.

Great stay!

We loved our time at Heather’s house. A lot of thought had been put into what guests might need - fully stocked kitchen with updated/well-kept cookware and appliances, comfortable beds, and a guestbook with lots of helpful information. The outdoor shower was wonderful, as was access to private parking at the beach, which wasn’t super crowded and very close by. Great communication from Heather as well! Highly recommend this house! We look forward to coming back!

Great Beach House & Location

Love this place!!!

First, don't be worried that this property isn't on the ocean, because the house, location, and owner are awesome!!! A short walk to the sound area, with a pier and benches are great for watching the beautiful NC sunsets, another short walk to the highway and you're at the best breakfast/coffee place on the island, as well as a great donut shop! As for the beach, this neighborhood has a dedicated beach access, and even there during the 4th, there were plenty of parking spaces, a great, well maintained walkway to the beach, which is close to the pier, but without the crowds! The house itself is wonderful, plenty of space, and lots of updates, and one of my favorite things is the outdoor hot shower! If you stay, please be sure to give this a try, believe me you'll be sold! Heather is awesome, and even on a holiday is always accessible to help with any issues you might have! I will definitely be staying here again!!

Lovely stay at this vacation home

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this home. We especially enjoyed having meals outside on the deck and walking down the street to the cute donut shop. The private beach access was really great to have as we could just show up and park without having to drive around endlessly looking for a spot. The little closed in sunroom was a nice surprise as it made a great spot for my toddler to hang out with his toys while still being in eye sight. Would definitely rent this home again or recommend to friends!

Very pleasant and relaxing 😌

Perfect size house for my wife and I. Clean, new flooring through out. Enjoyed having dinner in the prívate backyard with nice 😊 deck as well as having our coffee in the rocking chairs. My wife rented a bike 🏍 for the week and had fun on her daily bike rides including watching the sunset 🌅.
