"We had a very unpleasant experience with our current stay. The side facing the river has train tracks parallel to the hotel and there is a train running every minute, super annoying when you want to rest or sleep since the windows are not offering adequate sound proofing. We tried to switch the room to a more quiet one, this was only possible if we pay the upgrade fee to stay on the other side. So not really customer friendly. Especially because a member of the staff said he can upgrade us for free but then said since we booked with Expedia we need to pay. If I wanted the view of the castle I would have booked it, I just wanted a quiet room. No solution what so ever except pulling more money from your customers. Embarrassing Apart from this the hotel is modern and fresh."
