“Entering into the forth night, there was an invader ( a lizard) crawling by the balcony window. My wife screamed. I contacted the hotel staffs regarding the invader. They calmed us down saying that it is normal in Miami. The staff suggested that they will dispatch a pets control to remove the invader. The night we questioned the staff regarding the invader, they all saying the record did not mention anything. They assumed that the invader has been However, the morning we are leaving, the invader...

“Dirt and dust every where. Pictures in this case was not telling the truth. Very small and furnitures all over the room making it even smaller. Could not close the door while sitting in restroom it was hitting my knees. Worst 3 nights I ever had . Others personal items in lockers. In pictures you see a backyard with space for table and chairs. In reality it was very little space and dark. Lef all over place not even that was cleaned away! Be aware and add some money there are much much better...

“This property is a rip off. It is not worth the amount of money they are charging per night. The photos they have posted are not accurate at all. They offer an hourly rate! The people upstairs were have a domestic dispute and the cops were called. Strong smell of marijuana as soon as you open the door. I tried to turn the heater on and it set the smoke detector off. The walls are thin. You can hear what everyone else is doing and all of the traffic on Biscayne Blvd. You will not get a good...

“Detta var ett fantastiskt hotell!!! 10/10 på allt. Personalen var väldigt serviceminded och fick mig att känna mig som hemma. Jag rekommenderar verkligen denna oas i Miami.”

“Beautiful property in a great location. I was not lacking in restaurants and the beach was two blocks away. The staff were attentive and friendly. I would happily stay here again.”

“We had the best experience with this host! They were incredibly communicative, accommodating, and even allowed us to check in early. The property was spotless, and whenever we needed extra towels or other essentials, they responded promptly. They also went above and beyond by personally checking in throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed to feel comfortable. We absolutely loved our stay and couldn’t have asked for a better host! The location was also fantastic—just a...

“Nice stay.”

“great place?”

“Nice and clean room. Nice staff. Would have preferred a breakfast buffet instead of choosing a dish. The hotel has its own parking which is positive.”

“En liten pärla mitt i Miami. Väldigt trevlig personal både på hotellet och tilllhörande poolbar och restaurang. Tog en fördrink och bestälde mat till det mysiga poolområdet. Väldigt gott!”

“Helt ok hotell för en kort vistelse. Gångavstånd till gallerian och Publix. Ok pool men inte så inspirerande poolområde. Bra parkering. Bra amerikansk frukost. Trevlig personal. ”

“The Sunny was such a beautiful hotel. From the beach view, amazing pool, stunning rooms, and absolutely amazing hospitality, we couldn’t get enough of it. The staff was so kind and kept reaching out to see how they could make our stay better. Definitely will be staying here again!”

“Bokade detta pga högt betyg. Tyvärr levde det inte upp till dett. Rummen känns väldigt fuktiga, frukosten väldigt dålig och personalen inte speciellt tillmötesgående. Wifi dåligt och svinkallt i alla hotellkorridorer. ”
