Regarding the issue with the toilet paper, we'd like to stress that we are always available for our guests via text and email, between 8am and 8pm. If any concerns arise during the stay, we always endeavor to address them within 24 hours. Management team members complete thorough inspections of our homes before arrival, which includes verifying the spa is hot, clean / sanitized, and in working condition.
