“The room was clean. The area around the pool was chaos with office chairs and such. Once when walking by the desk staff were talking about personal stuff using the f word. Overall this place is great and I would return. Breakfast is great and the breakfast staff were super on top of it. I only noticed the two things while I was there and I think desk staff could level up their professionalism and check on pool more frequently. ”

“There were some issues with the shower faucet because it wouldn't stay at the temperature. The handle would fall down. The water pressure was pretty bad. The faucet also had a constant drip. The breakfast was okay.The pool was nice for kids.”

“Arrived at the property to check in front desk staff no where to be found stood there for over 5 minutes no way to page or let them know you're there. Get to the room and multiple light bulbs burnt out so room was dark. The bathroom toilet paper holder was missing. The one bed didn't even have bedding on it had to go to the front desk to get bedding. The hot tub wasn't very hot room temperature was warmer than the water. The breakfast was decent had a variety. “The heater did not work and it got cold. When I turned the heater on the AC came on. The bed was so hard that I had a backache and cramps all night. When I went to get in the shower the bottom of it was so disgusting. I couldn't even get in. I had to clean it. The toilet did not flush but maybe once and the faucet in the bathroom sink sprayed everywhere and leaked all over the place. It was terrible and I feel like I shouldn't have to pay for it”
