"I recently stayed at Hilton Jumeirah in Dubai and was deeply dissatisfied with my experience. My primary concern was with the hotel's handling of an incident where housekeeping seemingly took a cleaning cloth for my Fendi sunglasses. The object itself doesn’t hold all that much value, but how the staff handled it was the upsetting part. When I confronted them about it they did not believe me. Instead, they sent staff who went through all of my clothes and other belongings. Then they asked whether I may have dropped it outside the hotel. I informed them that it hasn't left the room. They then asked me the same question 3 more times. Each day, for 5 days straight, they told me that I should come back the next day so we could discuss how they would resolve this matter. As I was checking out and was leaving for the airport, they SMIRKED at me and told me to go to the police station knowing well I now didn’t have time for it! UNBELIEVABLE! But that was not all: On 2 separate occasions, I saw servers from the restaurant come into the bathroom stall, use the bathroom, and then leave without washing their hands!!! HUGE hygiene concern for me. During breakfast, expect to wait 30-45 minutes before you receive your first cup of coffee from the staff. Most days, the coffee would often arrive just as we were finishing our meal. If you are vegan, they do not have any options for you. Each time we asked for it, they told us they would have it ready the next day. They neve"

"Blandade känslor . Jätte bra service av personalen vid polen samt restaurangen . Mindre trevliga i receptionen , kan dock bara va jag men vi uppgradera till sviten då vi tyckte rummen var extremt små för ett 5 star lyxhotell . Vårt nya rum var kanon men man kände sig ändå lite blåst då det kom till lägg på till lägg o man förstod inte riktigt va det var. Fint hotell men absolut inte nått lyxhotell "
