“The hotel was wonderful — clean, with an amazing view. Staying at a hotel up in the mountains made the experience even more special, and we were lucky to enjoy a beautiful white Christmas during our two-night stay.
The service was excellent. The staff were very friendly, approachable, and helpful, especially with assisting us with our luggage. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.”

“Very nice hotel with a beautiful view of the lake. Service was great, and so was the breakfast buffet and staff there (there was a lot of fruit and swiss cheese among other things). They provide a day backpack to lend, and binoculars! We didn't have use of them, but love the concept. Room has a fridge you can use, but it's turned off by default to save energy, which is a good idea. We did not try the restaurant. “A wonderful find on our way to Zermatt! I wish we could have stayed longer. Everything was efficient, clean, and charming. The breakfast was stellar and the location is incredibly convenient to the train station. We didn’t get to use the spa, but it looked gorgeous. Don't hesitate to book!”
