Located with Lemon Bay in your front yard and minutes from historic Englewood and Manasota Key. This beautiful designed 2 bedroom and 2 bath cottage has just been completely renovated and is ready for friends or family vacations. The main space of the house is open so you can see Lemon Bay from the kitchen, family room, and dining area. Just wait till you see the sunset, it is breathtaking and different every night. The sofa can be turned into a king-size bed for extra space for your visitors. The dining table seats 6 comfortable but can be extended to fit 8. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare and enjoy the fresh seafood that you grabbed from the fresh seafood store down the street. You also have a cute sitting area to enjoy your morning coffee. Each bedroom has a queen-size bed, along with dressers so everything is organized and at your reach. The master bedroom does have an ensuite with a extra-large, tiled shower and new vanity. The 2nd bathroom is in the hall conveniently located between the living space and 2nd bedroom. We have a dock that is available for you to sit on to enjoy watching the boats go by, look for the manatees that eat the sea grass, or bring your fishing pole and try your luck. Should you find that you need to do some laundry while you are vacationing, we have a new washer & dryer available for you in the garage.
