“In our room we found strands of hair on the shampoo bottles, pubic hair on one of the “clean” towels, and blood on one of the pillows and pillows covers.”

“The room was not cleaned properly. They were old garbage when we accidentally move the bed while lloking for our key card. Old candies and stuff hidded beside the bed and by the head board.”

“I had a pleasant stay overall. The room was nice, clean, and very roomy, which made it comfortable and relaxing. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming throughout my visit, and the food downstairs was very good. A couple of small improvements would make the experience even better. The room could use better lighting, and having an additional garbage can would have been helpful. Other than that, it was a great stay, and I would consider staying here again.”

“Breakfast includes, close to many, restaurants, shopping and other entertainment. Rooms were overall clean. Facility had easy to use amenities, for instance the pool, was actually available unlike other hotels.”

“The room was very spacious for the rate. Everything was clean, and overall the property looked well maintained. Sadly, we were only here for one night. Wished we could've stayed longer. Have already booked a night at this hotel for next year when we plan to be in Chattanooga again.”

“When we arrived it was our dinner time. Noticed a Texas Roadhouse within walking distance. The front desk person offered a coupon and listened to our request to be away from the pool. He was helpful, friendly and gave good advice. Breakfast the next morning was full and ready when we arrived. Parking well lit and felt safe.”

“Room was not clean. The sheets and blankets had stains in multiple places on them. The floor was definitely not clean, and dirt on the walls. Shower was not the cleanest along with the floor in there. Room also smelt super musty. The only reason it wasn’t fully a zero was because the person working the front desk was super nice and changed us to a non smoking room. And the breakfast was good!”
