La Briotte, a historic house in the countryside

Welcome to La Briotte. This small, fully equipped house, restored while keeping the charm of the old, welcomes you in an old agricultural estate. In the large enclosed garden, there will be no shortage of spaces to hit the ball, run or cycle. You will be well located to visit the Auvergne, from the Puy chain to Vichy.

Accommodation:
The house is composed on the first floor of a living room, kitchen-dining room, a bedroom (bed 160), WC and shower room. Upstairs 3 bedrooms (2 twin single beds; 2 twin single beds; 2 bunk beds), one of which can be accessed through another. The kitchen is fully equipped: fridge/freezer, multifunction oven, electric hob, dishwasher, washing machine, and all the necessary utensils. On request, we can lend you what you need for the little ones: travel cot, baby chair, deckchair, changing mat.... For your comfort, sheets/towels and cleaning are included. Wifi available.
The garden does not open directly onto a street. Children can therefore run around without risk. You will have table, chairs and barbecue at your disposal. A playground for children is available under the responsibility of their parents.PGJyPg
Accessibility: it should be noted that the accommodations are not equipped with people with reduced mobility. There are 3 steps to climb to access the accommodation, and an additional one for the downstairs bedroom.

Reception:
Depending on our schedule, we will not necessarily be present to welcome you and show you around the premises. In this case everything is ready for you and the key in a key box. A small card will be present on the table with the necessary information. We will also always be available by phone when you arrive: do not hesitate to call us if you need anything or send us a message to tell us that everything is fine.
Pets are appreciated in our family, but are only accepted in the cottage on request, in order to avoid inconvenience for permanent occupants.
