“We will never stay at this hotel again. We recieved two complaints about being loud and stomping. One was about 10 minutes after we arrived. We were in no way doing any of the things they said we did. We had barely got our stuff set down. We also recieved another call at 6 in the am saying they got two more calls complaining on us. We should have never received a call at 6 in the morning. My daughter was still asleep, and the phone call woke her up.”

On my last night my grandchildren came to visit me and wanted to go swimming when I went to get them a bracelet for swimming I was told that I would need to put a deposit down and only three people could be added because I could only have four people per room swimming including me I told him I want swimming only my 4 grandkids and he said no only three. “The pool was empty and the kids were very disappointed. Next, the two rooms we booked and paid for weeks ago were not what the hotel had when we got there. They had us in rooms with one king bed and a pull out couch. Not what we paid for. They finally found us the last 2 queen room but we had to use the king/couch for the other room. Not a very good night sleep on a pull out lumpy couch. The pancake maker was not working at breakfast. I went to the front desk and ask about it. Turns out...

“The check-in went well, except that we were surprised by the additional $50 fee for "incidentals." This wasn't on the original reservation and, contrary to what the employee said during check-in, we were charged that fee and it wasn't refunded to our account for a few days. The room was clean, but it had a damp feel to it, which was also a bit concerning.”

“The toilet was broken and the sheets looked dirty had to go buy a blanket to put on to sleep. Woke up with a bite and swollen neck. The wall was broken and the sink had rust as well as the showers.”

“I stayed here for work because it was cheap(ish). Had to switch rooms 2 times because the wifi didn't work. The toilets were dirty. The floors were dirty and stained. The bathtubs were dirty. Half the lights in the room didn't work. There was a spilled powerade in the fridge. Surprisingly didn't see any bugs. It got the job done until they raised the price almost 100 dollars a week for no reason. Wouldnt stay here again.”

“The staff who served us were mostly helpful, the room was large enough to accommodate us and our two dogs, and the bed was comfortable. Other than that, we were not happy. The supplies furnished to our room were less than minimal, and our room was never serviced during our 3-day stay even though I specifically asked for it to be serviced. I had to request supplies like coffee, cups, and shampoo from the reception desk. The room was poorly maintained, too. The sink faucet was not firmly attached...

“The room itself was ok for the price but A/C barely worked, no cups or any containers for ice. Upstairs room had what sounded like kids running across the floor after midnight and lots of noise outside. But you get what you pay for so spend another $20 bucks and get something a little better.”

We appreciated the mini-fridge and coffee maker in the room as well as access to the full kitchen next door with a variety of foods and equipment to use for breakfast or anytime.
