“The Reluctant Panther was a cut above the other inns that I have stayed at. On check in, we were walked to our room and shown where everything was. The room was very large and comfortable. There was a nice seating area in front of a fireplace. We chose to eat dinner at the restaurant in the hotel and had a truly excellent meal and excellent service. Breakfast is served in a basket that can be picked up in the dining room or delivered to your room. All in all, our stay was exceptional. ”

“The resort looks tired. It needs a few repairs. The staff was friendly. We did not eat at the resort, but the next tiem we stay I would like to stay longer. I am not convinced that we received the benefits of the resort that we paid for on our resort fee. I attended a wonderful yoga class with Jasmine. I highly recommend the yoga, and the pool looked inviting, and I wish I had swum laps there. We will try it again, but I think the resort is overpriced given the quality of the amenities...

“Had a very nice overnight at the Brittany Motel. The room was clean and very well appointed. Parking is right at your door and most important for us they allow dogs. The check-in is all done on-line as there is no front desk or innkeeper on site, but it all worked well. In a high-end town like Manchester Center, VT the price is certainly reasonable. Definitely recommend a visit.”

“Very nice place in lovely Manchester. Picked the hotel because it has pool and the kids love that, especially when it is as hot as it was this day. But we were told that the pool pump was broken since several days and the front desk didn’t seem to care at all about it or that we were disappointed. Not so serviceminded. “Best part: Breakfast and the views. Communication and follow through were not what I was hoping for. We reported fire ants being at the door on the first night. Received an email saying they would have a service person address it. Next morning the ants made their way into the room. I notified staff the next morning, in person, and was assured it was taken care of. We had ants the entire time, which because more and more of a problem, as one might expect. Additionally, we paid $300 at the Inn...

“We stayed for 1 night while passing through . The Room was very clean and very comfortable , love that they a non smoking rooms so they didn’t have that gross stale cigarette smell.. The bed was very comfortable, hot water in the shower was amazing ( there was a body soap/ shampoo dispenser but it was empty ) Only thing that was not great was the continental breakfast.. We went in and they had the smallest coffee maker I have ever seen which is ok I think we may have only been the only guests...
