“This is nothing like your old super 8’s. It’s been updated and room was clean and large. Breakfast is good, with fresh waffles, muffins, French toast and lots more. Good coffee too. Staff are friendly and helpful”

“My suite was flipped for someone else when we arrived. Was given 2 other rooms in place since we had booked for 3 people. Walking to the room was far from the elevator and my husband is disabled”

A participant attending training through our organization checked into the hotel and immediately encountered cleanliness concerns, including dirty bedding that required replacement. Photos were taken to document the condition of the room. More concerning, the guest reported an interaction with an individual on the property that left them feeling unsafe and uncomfortable. As a result, they made the decision...

“Great stay, but some areas of property need renovation. (Bathroom was quite small and could use more storage space) Also parking areas around back of hotel could have better lighting at night. Staff is very helpful, friendly and courteous. Good central location. The room was kept very clean. Other than the bathroom, the rest of the room was fairly spacious and had lots of storage for clothing etc.”
