Outside, you will enjoy a large verdant garden, ideal for relaxing in the open air, letting children enjoy the space or simply sharing a pleasant moment around the garden furniture. A barbecue will allow you to share good meals outdoors during long summer evenings.



After a few steps, you access the entrance and discover a large TV lounge, ideal for relaxing. In the extension, there is a fully equipped kitchen, including a ceramic hob, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, a freezer and a dishwasher. For your breakfasts, you will find a kettle, a toaster and a Dolce Gusto coffee maker to start the day well.

The kitchen opens onto a spacious dining room, enhanced by large bay windows, allowing you to take your meals whilst admiring the surrounding countryside. A back kitchen, with a second refrigerator and a washing machine, completes this space.



On the sleeping side, you will have 3 bedrooms spread over 2 floors:

- Bedroom 1 (ground floor): double bed (140 x 190 cm)

- Bedroom 2 (first floor): double bed (140 x 190 cm)

- Bedroom 3 (first floor): double bed (140 x 190 cm)



A bathroom with bath, shower and WC is available on the ground floor whilst a shower room with shower and hairdryer is available on the first floor. Each floor also has an independent WC.



For added convenience, up to 3 cars can be parked on the property.
