"The rooms were big and clean. Beds nice and comfortable to sleep in. Air conditioning was working fine which was a blessing in the heat.
Staff was helpful, but the language barrier was a fact in some situations. It was hard to properly discuss and get answers when needed.
Breakfast was good, but nothing very special. For me as a celiac (needing gluten free) the breakfast did offer a section of some GF products, but the staff was quite confused when asked about the other items on the breakfast. One morning they just had a big block of butter (as opposed to small packets the other days) and due to mentioned language barrier I was unable to convey my request of having separate butter from the kitchen and was left to eat my sandwiched without.
The pool at the hotel was a nice thing, but it is very shallow (1,07 meters) and opened first at 11 in the morning and then closed between 13-15, leaving the options for bathing a bit hampered.
Even though the hotel is located a bit outside of the city center it was very convenient to get to and from by several buses leaving just a five minute walk from the hotel."
