The “Benser Watt” Hotel is located in the eastern part of the town center of the North Sea spa town of Bensersiel, near the spa park and just a few meters from the harbor and beach facilities, as well as very close to the dike—and thus almost directly adjacent to the unique natural wonder that is the “Lower Saxony Wadden Sea National Park,” a “UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site” since 2009.
Located in the heart of Bensersiel, the hotel offers double and single rooms—some with terraces—as well as family rooms measuring approximately 46 square meters with balconies and, for example, their own refrigerators, to ensure you have a wonderful North Sea vacation, whether you’re traveling as a couple or on your own. All rooms are particularly spacious and feature a cozy, modern design and furnishings, and include a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.
A generous breakfast buffet is served every morning; the hotel also features an elevator to the two upper floors, which is particularly helpful for guests with limited mobility or those who use wheelchairs.
The “Nordseetherme Bensersiel” water park, a modern, heated leisure and recreation pool, is located directly across the street from our hotel. Well, not exactly… at least not the main entrance. You’ll find the quieter rear entrance there. So you just walk a few meters and you’re already at the main entrance. You can even do it in a bathrobe and slippers! There you’ll find a wonderful water park with a giant slide for the whole family, a therapy center (e.g., with all spa facilities), and a modern sauna, wellness, and fitness center.
Right next door—not even a stone’s throw away—is the spa park, through which you can stroll past the harbor to the beach facilities.
On the beach, you’ll find an adventure playground—featuring, for example, a climbing ship—and the “Kunterbunt” children’s center, the seawater outdoor pool, the maritime sports theme park, “Bennie’s Circus Tent” for children and various events; and many more ideas for your vacation.
The beach pavilion offers internet access for surfing the web on colder winter days. The small North Sea spa town of Bensersiel also offers an above-average variety of options for dining and relaxation.
