Located on the ground floor, this unique accommodation welcomes up to 6 guests. Its distinctive layout is ideal for families, two couples or friends wishing to enjoy time together while maintaining their own privacy.

The main apartment features a welcoming living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining space and lounge with a comfortable sofa bed. French doors open directly onto a private Mediterranean-style patio, thoughtfully furnished for enjoying sunny days: al fresco dining, relaxing on sun loungers and convivial moments around the barbecue.

The first bedroom adjoins the main living area and features beautiful windows and a queen-size bed.

The second bedroom is located in a separate studio opposite the main apartment, accessible from the property's main entrance. This spacious and inviting room features a large double bed and its own lounge area with a television.

This distinctive arrangement offers the perfect balance between shared moments and privacy, with separate sleeping and living spaces.

The private bathroom and separate toilet are located in another area of the ground floor and are accessed via the property's main entrance.

Original decorative mouldings, generous proportions, carefully selected furnishings and a warm Mediterranean atmosphere give this historic residence its distinctive character. Each accommodation has its own private spaces, offering guests a comfortable and independent stay.

The entrance courtyard is a shared passageway providing access to the different accommodations within the property. The furnished patio, however, is exclusively reserved for guests staying in this apartment and studio.

Maison Sarava is located in the heart of Espira-de-l'Agly, with local shops, a bakery, Spar supermarket, pharmacy and the Halles de l'Agly market hall all within walking distance.

Its convenient location makes it easy to explore Perpignan, the beaches of the Catalan coast, local vineyards, picturesque villages and the stunning natural landscapes of the Pyrénées-Orientales.

Perpignan Airport and Perpignan Hospital are approximately 10 minutes away by car.

Free public parking is available just a short walk from the property.
