Located in the charming town of Esposende, this 3-bedroom house is the perfect retreat for families and friends looking to unwind and reconnect.

The house is spread over two stories and is beautifully decorated.

On the ground floor, you'll find a cosy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace.

The living room features two large sofas, a wide-screen TV for watching your favourite shows, and a dining table.

The property features a terrace with a table and chairs, perfect for al fresco dining or enjoying a morning coffee. The BBQ area is ideal for hosting a summer cookout, while the garden offers a peaceful seating area where you can relax and soak up the sun.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave, to prepare delicious meals. 

For added convenience, the apartment is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze and a washing machine and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.

The first floor boasts three bedrooms, a bathroom, and a balcony with a seating area where you can lounge and enjoy.

The three bedrooms are elegantly decorated. The first and second bedrooms each have a queen bed, and the third has a queen bed and a sofa. All bedrooms are fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces.

The two bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Also, complimentary parking is available on the street, ensuring parking is never an issue.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

The coastal strip stretching from Esposende to Ofir and Fão has been classified as a protected landscape area. It is considered one of the most beautiful stretches of Portugal's northern coastline.

Within a few kilometres of the town are several well-preserved and fascinating archaeological sites, many of which date back to the Bronze Age. Many of these are centred around the nearby parish of Vila Chã, and the most impressive is probably the fortified village of Castro de São Lourenço.

Esposende Verão is a highly anticipated summer event that runs from June to September, offering a vibrant mix of activities and entertainment. This popular event features live music concerts, cultural performances, sports competitions, and recreational activities, ensuring there is something for everyone. Beach parties, outdoor movie screenings, and dance performances cater to various age groups and interests, making it a festive and inclusive celebration.

The event showcases local culture and traditions through exhibitions, art installations, and craft fairs, providing visitors with a chance to explore the region's rich cultural heritage. Folklore performances and traditional music are often highlighted in the program, showcasing the talents of local artists.

Sports enthusiasts will find plenty to enjoy, with competitions in beach volleyball, soccer tournaments, and various water sports. Fitness classes, yoga sessions, and outdoor workouts are also common, promoting a healthy and active lifestyle.

Gastronomy is a significant highlight of Esposende Verão, with numerous food stalls, local markets, and gastronomic events offering a delightful taste of regional cuisine. This diverse array of culinary delights ensures that food lovers have a memorable experience.

The property is easily accessible by car.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 36-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
