My parents could not sleepe the pool are was playing a Loud music until 4 in the morning, that’s horrible considering is a hotel where your going to rest

The room was very small for the price. There were other rooms which were bigger and nicer for the same price and it was not offered at the time we checked in, instead they put us on the smaller room with the smaller bathroom that was so small that I barely fit in. Very dissatisfied.

The swimming pool was very nice for kids. The room had cockroaches in the bathroom, closets, and sleeping area. They were doing renovations on the rooms next to us which push major noise past 6 PM. The dining room had very poor quality food. For this price, I do not suggest staying here!!!! Don't do it.

What I like about the property it had a pool and water slide for children. Also it had a very nice restaurant. What i didnt like the smell of humidity inside the room. The room needs a bit of fixing up for instance the bathroom.

I like this Hotel because the front desk team offer me good attention every time I have visited this Hotel. On this trip I did not feel very comfortable with one of my rooms and they offered me a more comfortable room at no extra cost.

Nos encantan las instalaciones, son muy cómodas y bien cuidadas, las áreas verdes son muy refrescantes, y las piscinas son excelentes. La comida es muy buena y variada y los precios son acordes a la misma.

Beautiful, spacious areas to relax and enjoy your stay. The staff were welcoming and friendly. We had breakfast a la carte and a late lunch at the hotel and the food was excellent, definitely recommended! Would have loved to try the buffet on Sunday but had to leave early, however the next time we are in town will be trying it out! Hotel is located at the entrance to Esquipulas and while we were offered free service to and from the church, we did not use it. (note due to Covid restrictions the church mass is very hard to get into, apparently they give out numbers and limit those that want to attend mass-we tried 3 times to attend mass but we not able as the numbers go quickly) We stayed in the second building in the back and the rooms were really large with 4 beds and a huge bathroom and private balcony. Keep in mind they are renovating the 3rd floor right now, directly above where we were and you will hear the sounds of the workers pounding etc.. but it really wasn't a big deal for us. The weather was a little chilly to use the pool, but on Saturday afternoon plenty of adults and children alike were enjoying it. Overall, a great place to relax and enjoy your visit to Esquipulas away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. This will be my hotel of choice when we visit again!

La primera planta (Loby y demás instalaciones muy bien acomodadas, lo que no nos gustó fue la habitación, además de fea, con ropa de cama de mala calidad, con almohadas propias para niños y esto no es acorde a lo que pague por ella (148.00 dolares) esperaba por ese precio, pulcritud y mejor diseño, creo que merezco un reintegro

La habitación estaba cómoda y limpia, deben considerar cómo ubicar a los visitantes cuando se realizan eventos en el salón del lobby, puesto se oía la música del evento, con demasiado volumen. Si saben que tienen programado este tipo de actividades deben pensar en la comodidad de los visitantes y asignarlos en cuartos donde no se escuche estas actividades.
