Two living areas: one featuring a 55-inch Smart HDTV with premium cable channels, and another arranged around a fireplace (currently not in use).
Fully equipped gourmet kitchen and refined dining area, both open to the garden and enjoying beautiful natural light.
One bedroom with two single beds (can be prepared as a double bed if requested in advance of arrival).
Dedicated workspace with fast fiber-optic Wi-Fi throughout the villa, ideal for remote work.
Convenient separate toilet with a sink.

First Floor:
Spacious master suite with a private bathroom, walk-in closet, and sunlit balcony.
Beautifully appointed double bedroom with its own balcony.
Third elegant bedroom with two single beds (can also be prepared as a double bed if requested in advance of arrival) and a private balcony.
A shared full bathroom for added convenience.

-Other things to note-
Essaouira enjoys a unique coastal microclimate, with refreshing Atlantic breezes that keep temperatures much milder than in inland cities such as Marrakech. Because of this naturally temperate climate, the villa is not equipped with air conditioning. Fans are provided for warmer days, and portable heaters are available for cooler days and evenings.

For your safety and the security of the villa, visible outdoor cameras monitor the garden and entrance gate. There are no cameras inside the villa.
