“My favorite hotel in Marinilla! Friendly staff, excellent service and honest! ”

““I had a fantastic stay at Velto Serene. Luis, the manager, and the staff were amazing—friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The view of the lake and nature was stunning, the room was cozy, and the jacuzzi was a treat. The chefs made great food, and the free breakfast was a nice touch. If you’re looking for a peaceful place in Guatapé, this is perfect—and I’d give it more than five stars if I could!” I will be backfor sure😊”

“Very nice place and location. The service and staff are great. Would highly recommend.”

“Good staff and clean”

“The property is beautiful but the breakfast is just okay. The amenities if you have a room up top the amenities are completely at the bottom and if you have any fear of heights I wouldn't recommend staying here. However the property is beautiful and it is in the very remote location”

“From the first day, our experience was disappointing. We asked to join a guided hike but were told there wasn't one because the receptionist was also serving as the guide that day. Later, around 4:00 p.m., we went to the central area and discovered that a hike was actually scheduled to leave at 4:30 p.m. However, it didn't depart until 5:30 p.m., which meant we had to rush up steep, challenging terrain to make it back before dark. It felt unsafe and poorly organized. On both nights, mosquitoes...

“Room size, cleaning, sevice, everything was good, as always! Only one recommendation, the size of the towels could be bigger ... the rest fantastic”
