âSt. John Inn is the best place I ever stayed at! The staff were amazingly friendly and the second you step into their door you feel like home! It was a great place to stay both because of all friendly people we meet but also because the hotel got the best location. Doesn't matter if you like good restaurants, shopping, hiking, snorkeling or just relax at the beaches, this place is close to it all! âDon't be fooled! Firstly, this is not a villa, it's essentially a cabana around a bunch of other ones connected to each other. There are lights directly outside of the room (and no curtains, just transparent, paper thin cloth) that go on and off all night, every time a car drives by, illuminating the entire bedroom. If you try and hang in the living room at night, the stadium lights from the car barge light everything up and ruin the view. The pillows were the worst, they were only the giant...

âThis place is a hidden gem!! the rooms are rundown, but have what you need. They even have extra beach gear, including bags, towels, toys to borrow.Dave and Karen run it like a bed-and-breakfast -where they take care of their guests and they encourage guests to get to know each other. We met a lot of nice people during the rum punch happy hour and breakfast time. We will definitely stay here when we return to St. John!â
