“ Very bad experience anywhere in the beach in the hotel in the restaurant I wasn’t happy but poor Service that have many people to work in lunchtime. Take you 2 1/2 hour to eat taco fish.”

“This place is great for a family. The seaweed was nowhere near as bad as everyone in other reviews made it seem. There are a ton of stairs, but it was nice to burn some calories on our way to consume more food. The pools are great. The food is decent. The little coffee shop/cafe was clutch and made delicious smoothies. Koki beach & Sun and Sea bar are in walking distance. Short drive to Red Hook. Rooms were clean and comfortable.”

“We had a sliver of "ocean view" which really was a bay that moored sailboats and cruise ships... after you looked past the tree immediately in front of our balcony. ”

“1. My biggest thing is the vented bathroom door. They should have a solid door. 2. The museum should be free to customers 3. There should be a free shuttle van to and from the airport. 4. A timed shuttle that can drop off peopleas far as Fort Christine on one side and the Port of sale Mall on the other. Only due to the steep hill to get on and off the property.”

“Dåligt bemötande i reception. Elektricitet fungerade inte på hela hotellet, fick ingen hjälp att boka om. Kackerlacka på rummet, mörkt kallt vatten ingen av ingen Wi-Fi, alltså allt som har med el att göra Låg fint vid vattnet ”

“The property felt dated and stale except the main lobby area. And the rooms were not updated. The pictures did not match the reality in my opinion.”

“The property was a little dated can definitely use upgrades . The bar area was nice the service was extremely slow. The room was dirty when we arrived stained sheets dirty floor and bathroom however once we spoke to the front they did clean it . The lady at the front desk was really nice .Overall it was good.”

“Had a great stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, restaurant was very good and the pool was great. Oh… and the view was incredible! I know they are making renovations all the time - it would be awesome to have beverage and light food service at the pool. ”

“Our stay at The Saint was great, the room was clean and had a beautiful view of the Sea. The balcony had lovely flowering plants nearby that were wonderfully fragrant which added a special feature to our morning coffee on the porch. The pool bar was perfectly situated to watch the sunset while lounging in a floating chair with a cocktail. Good location with parking and walking distance to Cruz Bay. ”

“Pleasant property and amenities”

“Sunset Gardens was nice enough and I would stay there again, but it was not 5 star accommodations. If you stay at a fancy resort I am guessing you will not experience the idiosyncrasies of island life. We stayed 2 nights and really only slept and showered. The rest of the time we were out exploring. We did have a rental car and never had an issue with parking but it is limited (8 spaces approximately) and I think we were told there were 17 rooms total. I had trouble keeping a consistent...

“Amazing staff! Wonderful dinner with a top notch view. Amazing breakfast. This was the perfect stay for us before heading home the next morning, just a short taxi to the airport! ”

“Overall the hotel was great. By comparison, great value for the money, but the location was a bit removed from city center or even the Meagan’s bay. Though both are relatively close, there is no safe way to walk to and from, given the lack of sidewalks or lights, especially at night, requiring a taxi or rental car. That being said, the food was good and during our one night stay, the hotel had life music which was really nice. Yes, I recommend it and yes, I would stay there again!”

“The room was clean and updated. There is an attached bar and grill. It is small but has nice staff and good food. The hotel also has a nicely lit courtyard where we sat and had a couple drinks. The parking is limited and there is a noisy nightclub next door. Good place to stay for a night or two.”
