“First of all this is not a 24/7 hands on place at all. The front desk only works from 8am to 10 pm. So if you have anything that you need you won't get it. If the pipe burst, need towels, light bulb you won't be able to get anything ontil that time. So emergency around that time isn't available. Outside my room iheard a loud bang. “Love this place ! The view off the balcony is amazing day or night. Its in a great location close to everything we wanted to do . Moe's for groceries , beer ect. Seaplane ferry and Airport. No issues with safety here at all. Bar, pool and jacuzzi were pretty nice and kept up well. Water pressure was great .”

“The property and room were absolutely gorgeous, but I would think twice about booking here for the following reasons: 1) There is no housekeeping for short stays (under 7 days) even upon request. The most you'll get is extra towels and bedding sent to your room (upon request), and they won't collect dirty linens. We shoved our used linens in a closet, out of sight. 2) The property is expansive and has plenty of steps and hills. We stayed at the hilltop, which was 8 flights of steps (250 steps...
