“Dåligt bemötande i reception. Elektricitet fungerade inte på hela hotellet, fick ingen hjälp att boka om. Kackerlacka på rummet, mörkt kallt vatten ingen av ingen Wi-Fi, alltså allt som har med el att göra Låg fint vid vattnet ”

“The fitness center was beautiful. However, all the bathroom's (male and female) were not very clean. Housekeeping for our room did a horrible job…I think they basically came in and made our bed and left new towels. However, they find time to sit and chat in the hallway. I am unlikely to go back there.”

“The king size bed in the room was old with the hump in the middle. The room housekeeping was erratic, a couple of days no housekeeping, a few once a day and a few twice a day. Cleaning of the room was superficial, no cleaning of patio. We did not use the spa.The fittness room was nice but the steam room is at the spa.”
