“The staff was wonderful & our ocean view room was beautiful. Not a lot of entertainment, music, and choices for food. It was ok at best. Hotel is cashless & we were not made aware of that before we went.”

“We loved our stay here! Our room was spacious, included a mini kitchen, and had nice, cold AC. The views from the property were gorgeous. Location was excellent and close to downtown Charlotte and not a far drive to the multiple beaches we visited. On the few occasions we dined on-site, the food was great and the cocktails were excellent. I would highly recommend it!”

“Just don’t waste your money! The food in the restaurant gross and overpriced. Bar tenders suck as they use generic alcohol.
The guest services reps are RUDE!
You have to tip shuttle drivers if you want a ride to and from your room and the way the layout is of the property you will want/need the shuttle.
And don’t get me started on that funky smelling beach that you cannot even get on due to the funky seaweed. You have to take a shuttle to an offsite beach.
Save your money! ”

“Welcoming historic building. The staff was friendly and helpful for any in room needs and knowledgeable for recommendations in town for restaurants and shopping. “Very well kept property with great views. Our contact, Michael, was very helpful as this was our first visit there. Everything was well laid out in the text which included every detail that we needed to make our stay perfect. And when I called him, all my questions were answered with very useful information.
