Had to look for a staff to get new towels because the phone in our room is just decorative. Wasnt working at all. Remote wasnt working for tv. ”

It was a great place to stay both because of all friendly people we meet but also because the hotel got the best location. “Our stay at Emerald Beach Resort was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. The room itself was mediocre at best, but the beds and pillows were absolutely awful—easily some of the most uncomfortable we’ve ever experienced. The bigger issue was the complete lack of basic functionality and service. The phone in our room didn’t work at all (no dial tone), and the TV wouldn’t load Netflix.
