“The room was beautiful but I was not impressed with the pool and hot tub (never got in). It just didn’t look alluring. There were two male staff that were really nice, the rest of the staff were not very welcoming. We met one young lady the last day that was very kind & assistive. At first I thought maybe it was me but then we went to dinner at Buoy Haus and their staff were assistive the moment we excited the taxi. “Stayed with friends in a two bedroom suite. Customer service was excellent, very quick and efficient. Bartender was pleasant as well, very beautiful scenery as well. I will definitely stay again.”

“The king size bed in the room was old with the hump in the middle. The room housekeeping was erratic, a couple of days no housekeeping, a few once a day and a few twice a day. Cleaning of the room was superficial, no cleaning of patio. We did not use the spa.The fittness room was nice but the steam room is at the spa.”

“Our condo and the property and staff were amazing. We had a wonderful time. We also recommend renting the dinghy boats next to the condo. My husband and I rented a 15ft and it handled wonderfully. We snorkled at John and it was wonderful.”
