âEvery single person on the staff was helpful and welcoming. This recently-renovated property is right on the ocean. Even though we visited past peak season (so it wasn't busy) we were treated so well by the staff. Food and drinks were top-notch. âCustomer service was awesome! We loved the Ruff Start bar on property, small but clean and perfect for our needs pool, and wonderful staff. We went scuba diving most days and the dive shops are all a 2 minute walk from the Victoria. We stayed on the ocean view side with balcony to watch sunsets. Spacious rooms, everything you need; nothing super fancy but we aren't fancy people. Go!â
