There is underground parking with an elevator to the apartment. There are also electric parking stations within the urbanization. Mirador de Estepona Hills is one of the Costa del Sol's most exclusive urbanisations. The estate features two large swimming pools surrounded by Balinese beds and sun loungers. Both pools have separate children's pools and are serviced by their own pool bar and restaurant. On site there is also a boutique delicatessen which also has it's own terrace. Should you need a larger supermarket, there is a Mercadona a mere 2 minute drive away. From the southern entrance to the urbanisation its is possible to walk into Estepona town in 15/20 minutes.
