Fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. It features ample storage and access to a private internal patio, which includes an outdoor sink and an extra dining set for 4 people.

The apartment features 2 bright bedrooms:



Main Bedroom: Offers a premium 180cm bed and exceptional views of the sea across the promenade. Includes a spacious wardrobe and chest of drawers.



Secondary Bedroom: Features a 180cm bed, bedside tables, and a built-in wardrobe, with plenty of natural light.



Bathrooms:

There are 2 modern bathrooms, both equipped with corner glass-enclosed showers, toilets, and mirrors with integrated storage.



Balcony:

A highlight of the property, overlooking the promenade and the Mediterranean. Equipped with an outdoor table, chairs, and cushions, it’s the perfect spot to enjoy the sunrise or a glass of wine at sunset.

Guest access

Check-in: This property offers a convenient self check-in system starting at 5:00 PM. Instructions will be provided once the booking is confirmed.



Check-out: Departure is before 11:00 AM.

House Rules: No smoking and no pets allowed. No groups of teenagers (minimum age of 25 for the primary guest). No parties or events allowed.



Quiet Hours: To ensure the tranquility of the community, quiet hours are observed from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
