I have never given a bad review nor complained in all the years we have booked with VRBO. Amenities showed garage parking in 2 places and was why we picked this place. Upon arrival, no garage. Reached out to Heather. No response after waiting 11/2 hours and going to the office which closes at 5 and we were there around 3:30 and it was locked up. She finally got back to us and I had to point out where it stated about the garage in 2 places. They didn’t have another option to meet the 3 things we looked for in a unit. Asked about discount if we stayed and Heather agreed. She would get back with us on how much. Thermostat had very low battery upon entry. Sent message about that on Wednesday and followed up on discount Wednesday, Thursday and Friday which have been ignored. Maintenance never showed to fix thermostat and by the time we checked out it said change now. The description was changed and no longer has the “rare find” paragraph about the garage nor does it show under amenities parking “garage”. Additionally, in the check out instruction book in the unit it tells you to put trash in garage. We had 4 places picked with garages when we booked but chose this one. The hot tub was not very clean and had some algae around some of the jets. I placed many calls to the number listed for PMI which went to Denver and asked for a manager of which on Friday I finally learned it was either Diana or Heather to speak to and they were ignoring the messages.
