This is not like us. . . generally, our staff does an amazing job when it comes to preparing the rooms and making sure everything is ready for our guests. We take cleanliness very seriously and your room should always feel fresh and clean. It is our mission to provide a great guest experience and we pride ourselves on providing a clean, comfortable, and pleasant place to stay. We maintain our property, and the rooms, annually and update them no later than on a bi-annual basis; We have plans on starting some updates soon, in fact. Thank you again for staying with us on your visit to Estes Park and we are sincerely sorry to see you were dissatisfied with the property. We sincerely hope you can give us a second chance to restore your faith in our hotel and our property.
