Vi har en stor familj och köpte detta hem för att vara välkomnande för familjesammankomster. Estes Valley registrering # 6047. Börja dagen på vår stora omslag runt däck med utsikt över Long's Peak. Inom gångavstånd till * RMNP och YMCA of the Rockies **, har en stor plats och våra frekventa besökare inkluderar lokala djurlivet. Sjukt av trafiken in och ut i parken under sommaren? Gå in i parken och klättra ombord på RMNP gratis buss till många stora vandringar och picknick platser! Vi är också inom 3 miles från centrum och under sommarmånaderna kan du hoppa på Estes Park Shuttle för en stressfri besök till lokala butiker och restauranger.

Detta är en öppen planlösning med 3 våningar. Det viktigaste våningen består av ett stort kök med köksredskap och en matsal med plats 10. Precis utanför köket är vardagsrummet med två soffor och gas spis och en pittoresk utsikt över Longs Peak. Utrustad med trådlös internetuppkoppling, en stor 4k-smart-TV med DirecTV-satellitservice, erbjuder detta rum bekvämligheter i ditt eget hem.

Den här nivån har också sovrummet med king size-säng, plattskärms-TV med DIRECTV satellit-service och DVD, rymligt master bad med bubbelbadkar, tvättstuga med halv bad, tvättmaskin / torktumlare och tillgång till 600sf nya wrap around däck . På REBUILT-däcket finns en propangrill och 2 picknickbord.

På övervåningen finns två sovrum, ett w / drottning och enkelsängar, det andra med en kung säng, och mellan rummen ett badrum.

Den nedre våningen har stora, gemenskap sovrum (vi kallar det studentrummet ") med en drottning, dubbel och rulla sängar och ett badrum. Nytt värmesystem installeras nere i 2009.

** Huset ligger 1/2 mil från YMCA, 3 miles från centrum, med 5 minuters tillgång till Big Thompson River och 20 minuters gångavstånd till Moraine Park i RMNP.

* Rocky Mountain National Park har över 350 miles av vandringsleder, med över hälften ovanför trädgränsen. Trail Ridge Road är den högsta kontinuerliga asfalterad väg i USA nådde 12.200 fot över havet i sin 20 mil lång sträcka över tundran.

Vårt grannskap är tyst och några hundra kilometer från gränsen till RMNP.

Vandring, fiske, cykling och djurliv finns i överflöd.

This cabin was the perfect choice for us and our extended family. All the kitchen supplies allowed us to cook every breakfast, lunch and most dinners in. The deck was nice to sit on to relax. The kitchen, dining room, and living room have a nice, open concept so everyone can talk or watch TV together. Cabin is located less than 10 mins from downtown and Rocky Mountain National Park entrance and less than 15 mins from Lake Estes. Cabin is stocked with all the essentials…towels, toilet paper, paper towels, dish and laundry soap, trash bags. This cabin made the relaxing stay even more stress free!

Lovely home

We were very impressed with the house, all the amenities, the location, and setting. Close to the RMNP, the town of Estes Park, the YMCA of the Rockies (some of us went horseback riding) and the Stanley Hotel. There was plenty of room for the 6 adults and 2 children (one of our daughter could not make it, but she would have had room too) The house was stocked much better than any other place we have stayed. Everywhere, except the dorm room (in basement off the garage, therefore separated from the main room) was extremely clean. The basement room had lots of spiderwebs and bugs which were easily cleaned up. Though it was not a problem for us, small children probably would not want to be down there by themselves. Older children and teens would be fine. Also, it should be noted in instructions, when you take the trash to drop off it costs money. I think if you were there on a Wednesday your could just put out the garbage can, but as we left on a Tuesday, we had to take it. Colorado charges for everything ( I can say this cause I live here) That being said, this was the nicest house we have stayed at. I loved hearing the river in the morning/evening quiet and the view, along with the animals that visited, was breathtaking.

Vacay by RMNP

Place was super conveniently located close to park entrance & town. Plenty big enough for two families. Had everything we needed and when an unexpected problem occurred the hosts addressed it quickly and did not interfere with our trip at all. Very clean and plenty of seating inside and out for our group of 9. Highly recommend!

Perfect home base for RMNP and Estes Park!

Our family of 7, including 5 kids who are teens to young adults, had a great place to relax on our trip to Estes Park. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, and a great space in the kitchen and living room for family games at the end of the day. The house is very convenient to RMNP as well as downtown Estes Park. We didn’t end up cooking as much as I had planned, but the kitchen was well equipped to do so. Everything was clean and comfortable!

Wonderful Spacious Home

Had 8 people stay hear for 6 days and it was fantastic. Very well stocked, grilled out on the deck and enjoyed the quiet, mountain setting. Very close the RMNP and Estes Park but felt quite and relaxing. Highly recommend this place!

Family vacation

We stayed a week in this wonderful home. This worked well for our family. The bunk room is located in the basement (toward the back). Which worked well for our family. To prospective families. This was close to the national park and to town. Very clean. There were a few staple items left over from previous guests. I appreciate this because it is so wasteful to throw items away. Families can choose to use or not use if they want. A variety of spices were also in the cupboard. Shampoo/conditioner/body wash were available for use. (Not necessary, but a very nice benefit if you forget your supplies.) Grill worked well. Nice variety of pots, pans and storage containers. Also had storage bags, tin foil and plastic wrap. Again, many items were maybe left from previous guests, but it was nice to have these items. In turn, I left staple items that we did not use for the next guests. This home was perfect for our family of 8. (teenagers and newborn) Enjoy!

Great Location

This cabin is just outside of Estes Park and only a 5 minute drive to the Beaver Meadow entrance to RMNP. Plenty of room for 10 people. You can hear the Big Thompson river just across the street. At night we left the windows open so we could hear it all night.

Perfect site for visits to Beaver Meadows RMNP entry point!

This property is so close to the Beaver Meadows Park entry point and just far enough away from the business district of Estes Park for privacy. Quiet, and easily accessible. We had all the amenities we needed here and the Owner was easy to contact. We enjoyed our stay here.

Great RMNP Location

Property super close to Beaver Meadows entrance station for RMNP and was great for our family. A few minor issues with technology - TV turned on by itself several times, internet occasionally went out, and electronic door access stopped working four nights into a six night stay (still able to get into house and lock up, but required going downstairs, out via the garage, and around/up to front entrance). Middle grill burners needed to be manually lit and grill didn’t retain much heat for indirect cooking. Could use some updated deck and indoor furniture and a couple hummingbird feeders would be a nice addition. In a residential neighborhood and one neighbor has a dog who barks a lot. All minor issues, hence the four-star rating. Cleanliness and proximity to hiking in RMNP were high priorities for our group.

Summer in Livingston

We enjoyed our stay in Livingston and appreciated the easy access to Yellowstone as well as Bozeman. Such a beautiful area! With the unusual 100 degree heat, it took us a day to figure out how to make the house cool enough to sleep at night, but we worked it out.

Family Trip

Two families with a total of 10 (4 adults and 6 children ages 8-14) spent a wonderful week here. We had plenty of room and enjoyed meals around the big table together. Great location to explore RMNP and close to YMCA as well. The property and neighborhood is peaceful with lovely views. Would stay again!
