“Wow, hot tubs under the cool November sky was probably my favorite part if I could get past the excitement of the farm animals! The house was perfect with new ample appliances in the kitchen, multiple rooms with space to relax.”

“Absolutely fabulous home! Stayed two nights with 8 friends for a ladies weekend and had a wonderful experience. The house is situated beautifully, well equipped with everything you could need in the kitchen, and had extremely comfortable beds. We loved being so close to the Old Rag trailhead, and also got to enjoy the local area as well. Elena (host) was extremely responsive and accommodating. Would highly recommend. ”

“Staying on-site for Shenandoah National Park was a big help in traversing the park. You will need to pay an entry pass for the park to get here though. This is an old place, not a lot of frills, but if you are just staying to go hit the park it is perfect. Many rooms are small 3 or 4 unit clusters all attached. “The staff was pleasant and the rooms were basic and very clean. Housekeeping did a great job with daily cleaning. HOWEVER, if you are a NONsmoker, this is NOT the motel for you. “There was a storm in the area when we arrived which had caused some issues during check-in. We had booked the room for 5 days, however, I had to move to another room because of the computer glitch. However, the day manager did contact me about the problem since our room had apparently been double booked. He helped me out with the price and also looked in depth for my wife's heated coffee cup that she had left in the lobby. He dug through the trash to find it but to no avail. He was way beyond...
