“The room was clean but there was a towel with some dried up blood hanging by the shower. It was times where i would turn the sink on and it was just hot water coming out of the faucet with no cold water. The shower water had no balance.”

“We enjoyed our stay at this property. Very clean with a decent hot breakfast. As with 99% of hotels, the pillows are atrocious. I will never understand why hotels spend more money on fancy decor than good pillows.”

“They have done a good job of updating the rooms although our bathroom was tiny and that was the only place I could find both a mirror and plugs. They need a mirror over the desk like area with plugs for hair tools. Do NOT drive a taller vehicle up to the check in area. 6 feet is the maximum height that will fit in the lower garage. “Location was perfect”

“The junior suite was dark and dreary it needs some updating that includes the bathroom. The pictured suite online is bright and spacious not like the actual room 432.”

“The property was very nice, the rooftop bar was a nice vibe, you recieve two free drink tokens at checkin to use at the bar. The room was nice as well. My only issue was at checkin; when I entered the hotel I wasn’t greeted by any of the staff. I wasn’t aware that checkin was near the bar so I proceeded to a near by desk that I assumed was checkin since no one greeted me at the bar. “Hotel was very pretty. The breakfast was fantastic with friendly helpers but the front desk staff, both night and day, were a little rude and it seemed to bother them if you asked a question. The biggest problem was our toilet. Every time the room close to us flushed if we happened to be on ours we got a burst of water in our bottom. Not a good feeling 😕 I don't think we will be staying there again.”

Relativt tyst rum (mot parkeringshus) Vi fick frukostkuponger som man vid incheckning sa var värda 15 dollar styck men personal på morgonen sa lite olika saker om vad som ingick. Räckte i varje fall till en tallrik varm mat, vilket man blev mätt på. ”

“Had to wait til after 3 pm for a room but check was nice after that. Everything was very clean. Great location to walk to colonial life area. Unfortunately the bed was very soft and lumpy, but breakfast was great.”

“My loft was not at the main location had to drive a couple miles away in random area beside industrial park behind police station. Room smelled like smoke and had no toiletries or hangers. Host responded to address on check-in but not thereafter to simple requests for toilet paper, also not provided. Place was tired and dusty. ”

“when we were told that we had to pay for basic internet or had to be a convoy member, that really surprised us. on top of that, the exhaust fan in the bathroom was not working. with this being the summer time and it being humid, the bathroom was always damp after a shower. there was also a homeless person sitting by the pool access door when we came back to the hotel. this made us feel a little unsafe.”

“The towel bar on the shower was not connected on one side- there were maintenance issues that needed addressed and an extension cord with lights plugged in laying in the floor. It was clean but appears they need to do some maintenance to the rooms.”

“Beautiful hotel and great staff. Try to stay in higher floors though, as this is an old building and the nights could be very loud.”
