Super Clean and Very convenient!
This cute studio is PERFECT for a couple. One queen size bed. The layout is great. Location is ideal. There's shopping, food and entertainment in CLOSE proximity, but doesn't feel like you're in a congested business district. The host thought of everything - INCLUDING the high ceiling cabinets (we're short: 5'4 and 5'5) so there was even a folding step stool provided! The care was in the details. Would like to stay again. I'd give it a 10 if I could. Only thing I'd forewarn, if you drive anything bigger than a small SUV, the parking would be difficult. But there's a spot on site!

Cozy spot in convenient location
It's small, but clean, cozy, well-kept, and an excellent home base for visits to Eugene. Easy access to lots of resources, and a comfortable place to be.

Great stay
This was perfect place for a quick trip to Eugene. It worked well and the directions were super easy to follow in terms of parking , getting the key, etc. I appreciate the attention to details. The place had a well stocked simple kitchen that everything we needed. Microwave, stove, toaster oven, full sized fridge, etc.

Pleasant stay for a small person or couple
This unit was fairly basic but had all the features I needed. Living room/kitchen area, bedroom, and bath with shower. It is centrally located and convenient to downtown, across the street from a prime running/walking trail. Very quiet at night and pleasant temperature in the day. It doesn't have a dishwasher, which doesn't bother me, Sara, the owner is responsive and delightful.

Lovely setting
This property felt like a tiny home away from home. It was clean, beautifully decorated and the owner had the foresight to provide everything we needed, including kitchen supplies. The owner was quick to respond to my text messages and made the checking in and checking out process easy and painless. I would highly recommend this property and owner.

Great spot!
I had a fantastic stay at this listing! The location is superb, close to downtown and the University, with restaurants and bars just a block away. The atmosphere and central setting make it ideal. The bed was comfortable, and the nearby Amazon Park offered great recreational options, including running trails, and a dog park. The hosts' recommendations were spot-on, including a beautiful hike at Mt. Pisgah. The property lived up to its promises, and I highly recommend it for a wonderful stay.

Perfect value stay
What a fantastic property for the price! Super clean and, dare I say it? Charming. WiFi wasn’t working for me but I’m thinking that had something to do with my devices, not the actual WiFi. Super communicative owner who responded quickly anytime you needed something. If life calls me back to Eugene, I’m definitely staying here again.

Ideal Eugene Stay!
This place is super clean, comfortable, right by the park and close to amenities. Easy walk to downtown, easy drive to hikes, etc. Highly recommend!

Short visit
I spent two nights here in Eugene visiting with my son, who just graduated from UO. While the bathroom was very tiny, this listing was otherwise perfect for what I needed!

Great place to stay
The place was very clean and cutely decorated. It was near a great park so we could take a walk after dinner. Wonderful selection of restaurants. The unit had everything we needed. If ever in Eugene again, we would stay here.

Wedding weekend stay
Place was small and clean. Remote batteries might need to be changed and a reading would be nice in the front area. Thank goodness I am short as bathroom is very small. Otherwise, cute little place.
