“The hotel is in an excellent location right in the heart of the central historical district. It is within walking distance to the Plaza Grande, the Presidential Palace, the Plaza San Francisco and the National Cathedral, etc. The property is well-maintained and clean, and the staff is very professional and friendly. “This was such a pleasant and personalized experience. We asked to shift to a different room that had a comfy chair we liked and without hesitation it was done. Two bottles of wine were left for us to choose from so we didn’t have to go find a wine store if we wanted some in our room. We were checked on regularly but not too frequently. “Amazing staff, very accommodating. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Quito. The breakfast was amazing and they had my laundry done in under 2 hours. Wine, coffee, and tea right in your room waiting for you. Amazing courtyard outback of the hotels breakfast area and the rooftop views were INSANE. Especially at night. I will be telling my friends.”
