Surrounded by mountain views and just minutes from the Canadian border, this 2-bedroom + loft, 2-bath retreat is designed for families, remote workers, and outdoor lovers looking for space to gather, relax, and explore.

    Spend summer days fishing, golfing, hiking, boating, or discovering nearby lakes and scenic trails, then return home to unwind on the spacious deck, fire up the grill, soak in the private hot tub, or enjoy peaceful evenings under the stars. In winter, the area transforms into a quiet basecamp for snowmobiling, backcountry skiing, and mountain adventures. Conveniently located between two premier ski destinations — Whitefish Mountain Resort (62 miles) and Fernie Alpine Resort, BC (47 miles) — guests can easily enjoy some of the best skiing in the region.

    Inside, three separate living spaces offer plenty of room to spread out and relax. Challenge friends and family to pool or foosball in the game room, cozy up by the wood-burning stove, stream movies on the Smart TVs, or enjoy board games, books, and toys for laid-back nights in. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for home-cooked meals, including a Keurig, French press, cookware, spices, slow cooker, and breakfast bar with mountain views.

    Thoughtful extras like central A/C and heating, free WiFi, laundry, beach chairs, a cooler, cornhole, and frisbee make this home ideal for both adventure-filled days and restorative evenings.

Amazing House and Host!

The house was extremely clean and well organized! The house has a ton of room and lots to do while you're there! It was great for a weekend getaway in order to disconnect and get some time away. It feels private without being too far out of town or away from a store. The area of Eureka is very pretty and Lake Koocanusa is beautiful! The host was very respectful and made sure we had a nice stay! They responded quickly to questions and made sure to have explanations for things around the house such as the pull out bed and WI-FI! Overall a great stay and would definitely book this location again!

Perfect accommodation for our golf get away. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Close to golf courses and amenities. Bonus was the family of deer that was in the yard every morning and evening. So quiet and peaceful.

Above and beyond

The property was perfect-comfortable beds, great deck with fire pit, grill and hot tub. We enjoyed sitting there and relaxing to the beautiful view. Great communication with the property manager/owner who was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay

Perfect accommodation for a group. Lots of space and things to do for the kids. Descriptions were accurate and everything was ready for us as we arrived. We would definitely stay here again. The owner was extremely helpful and responsive.

Just right for us

Great place, great location, comfortable, great kitchen and deck with a view! The only downside was the hot tub was out of commission during our stay. The hot tub was the reason we booked this place over another in the area. Host was very responsive and I would book here again.
