Perfect downtown lodging
The apartment was a perfect spot for our weekend visit! Located right downtown with parking a few blocks away. It was cute and clean and the only downside was that the stairwell and the hall were noisy with the neighboring occupants. The building is old and creaky and the wood floors are not forgiving. Overall it was a great property!

Absolutely loved this place
Everything is just as it states on the app. Very cute decor and right in the middle of Eureka Springs. We really enjoyed our stay and plan on staying there again. LOVED THE PINBALL game. Several reviews says it doesn’t work, however if you read the sticky note on top it’ll tell you how to turn on. Brought back great memories 😀👍

Ideally located, super cute getaway.
This apartment/loft had everything you needed! Peace if wanted or right in the bustle of downtown Eureka, literally at your doorsteps. The property owners own the store below and that was by far, my favorite store in Eureka. Talk about take me back to my childhood. Loved every minute of our stay! Thank you!

An excellent choice for downtown Eureka Springs!
We spent a long weekend in Eureka Springs and enjoyed our time at the Night Owl! We opted for the paid reserved parking for the weekend that was offered and were glad we did as spots fill up quickly along the streets. The location made all things downtown easily walkable and the gaming amenities in the loft apartment made for added entertainment! We will definitely consider this spot on our next visit!

Spacious and comfortable
Loved our stay in Night Owl (B). Very spacious, comfortable sleeping quarters and surprisingly quiet, even though it's on a main thoroughfare. We didn't hear any street noise. Right in the heart of the shops and dining establishments. Fun!

Wonderful apartment right in the middle of it all.
We loved this rental. It is very clean and well appointed. The bed is wonderful. Loved the record player and pinball machine. Our only caveat is if you have a large vehicle, the parking is very tight. There was a fender bender in the parking lot that we were initially blamed for. It was easily straightened out (offender had a vehicle similar to ours) and ended up being a non issue, but it still cause a nervous minute or two. All in all, stay here. It is GREAT! You won't regret it.

Wonderful Experience!
The place is really nifty and it's in the middle of everything. We were able to walk around and go back to rest if needed. Additionally, the owner was very responsive and kind. I would highly recommend this place.

Perfect long weekend
My husband and I spent a long weekend in Eureka Springs. Night Owl was perfect for us. Located over a shop, we could easily walk everywhere downtown. The apartment is quiet, clean, and comfortable. We would definitely recommend.

a parade right outside the door!
This is THE place to stay! So cute and clean. Pinball machine was a huge hit with my husband. Text messages were instantly answered by owner. We didn't plan for the holiday festivities so we were pleasantly surprised to learn the annual lighted parade went right past our door! Another bonus is the central location so you can keep running your packages back to the room and not carry them around all day :)

We had an excellent stay at this VRBO in the heart of Eureka Springs Historic District. Very cute and clean apartment. Everything worked as it should. Just overall a great time. We will definitely be back.

Perfect little Getaway
Quaint little place perfectly positioned in the downtown area. Close walking distance to everything you’d want to see. Property was very clean and had the exact basics you need for your stay. Definitely recommend staying here.

We had an absolutely wonderful time! Our host was lovely and kind. The apartment was placed perfectly in the middle of downtown… Close to everything! And the parking available had a great cut through that made it very accessible and quick. Can’t wait to go back definitely want to come back to the night now & stay!❤️

The main reason we stayed was because of a vintage Star Wars pinball machine which should of been working since it’s part of the pics but sadly it wasn’t. That was a total disappointment. This should be annotated in the description if it’s not. Otherwise it was just another room. Parking was another problem since there is no parking near by. Had to park up the mountain which was a hike.

Perfect getaway
Perfect getaway with access to everything Eureka Springs has to offer. We parked our car right outside of the apartment and didn't move it til we left on Sunday, everything was in walking distance. The hosts were super friendly and helpful. Absolutely enjoyed every bit of our stay. Would highly recommend!!!!!

Loved our stay
We loved staying at this place. Was our anniversary and it was private, convenient and nice. The parking was the only issue, we was very fortunate we stayed during the week and the town wasn’t busy.

Short and nice
On first appearance it was clean then we noticed a dirty towel on the back of the bathroom door. Then the next morning I went to make coffee and had to wash my cup. We also had to go downstairs as we were going out for the day to ask for more washcloths because there was two left in the room for our three night stay. However the place was in a great location and we felt safe.

Great place to stay
So the first drawback we noticed is there’s no designated parking. But don’t get discouraged as they do have a loading zone, there are plenty places in walking distance to park, and if you’re lucky you can just wait until the spot directly under the room is available and pay only ten dollars for the whole day. Other than that the place was clean, they provided plenty of entertainment in the form of records, board games, video games, and Netflix on the tv. But hopefully you won’t spend too much time in the room anyway as it’s a wonderful location in downtown Eureka Springs within walking distance of a myriad of shops, restaurants, bars, as well as other activities. Highly recommend

Great Location!
it is quite and nice spot to be! right in the middle of town! However- the couch is old and uncomfortable, video machine did not work! We overall enjoyed our stay!

Weekend getaway
We had both of Hannah's units for the weekend, with another couple. Works out great, as there are no other units in the building, although there is a shared staircase leading to an owned unit in the next building. No issues though. You are right downtown, so walk to dinner or drinks and shopping. Walking to parking and navigating steps up to the unit does not make this unit conducive to people with physical limitations. This is the 2nd time we've stayed here, and would stay again.

Wonderful accommodations
My husband and I stayed here and it was perfect! Loved the location in the middle of shopping and restaurants. The accommodations were as described, if not better...lots of room, large bathroom, really comfortable king bed. There’s are stairs up to the unit on the second floor, no elevator. This wasn’t an issue for us, just pointing it out for those that can’t do stairs. I would definitely recommend these accommodations and would love to stay again!

Great location!
This was a great location right in the heart of all the shopping. The bed was comfy and perfect accommodations for a couple. As others mentioned, parking was the hard part. We didn't move our car once we found a spot. Almost everything we had planned to do was within walking distance, so it wasn't a huge deal to us. We did come over a weekend with an event, so it could be easier other times of the year. Although it was pretty quiet, I think the neighbors have a dog in the back yard that barked throughout the night. Otherwise, we hardly heard anything from the street itself, which is impressive considering how busy it was Saturday night. Overall the convenient location is what made our trip! We will definitely try to return to the Night Owl on our next visit!

Great stay
Really fun and convenient place to stay. Since it is located right downtown we could easily shop, drop off bags, shop some more. Plenty of good food around. Pinball machine is addictive! Easy check-in and check-out. We had 4 adults (2 moms and 2 daughters) and the King bed and sofa sleeper were just fine for our 2 night stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location in Downtown Eureka Springs!
This apartment is centrally located in the downtown area. It's rather roomy and was very clean when we arrived. The bed is very comfortable. It has free wifi and a few other fun amenities, like a pinball machine. I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was on the inside. It will definitely be our first "go to" when we stay in Eureka Springs.

Wonderful location in Downtown Eureka Springs
We just returned from Eureka Springs and are so glad we stayed at Night Owl. It was so nice having space, and the unit was perfect for 2 people. We barely moved the car as everything was so close. Our last visit to Eureka we stayed at one of the better known hotels. It was ok but nothing exceptional. Would definitely recommend Night Owl to anyone coming to visit Eureka Springs, and when we return we'll do the same.

Great setup right in the middle of Eureka
We had an amazing two night stay at Night Owl B. The only downside is that I couldn’t beat the high score on the Star Wars pinball machine. 22million. Highly recommend staying here. We’ll be back.

Convenient, clean and comfortable.
We would stay here again, it’s clean ,comfy, quiet and right in the middle of historic downtown. The view out the large windows was up against a rock cliff let in lots of light providing privacy without the need for curtains. Parking is not as convenient as maybe some of the other places, but that’s not a problem for us, we don’t mind walking and you really don’t need your car when your staying here. Most everything is in walking distance anyway. Walking is the best way to see everything in town. Enjoy! Pete Trego, WI
