The location is excellent, in the very city center but still just 150 meters from the nice beach.
Surrounded by restaurants and shops. Very close to buses including airport bus.
We enjoyed the breakfast on the top floor with nice view and on the rooftop is a nice terrace with swimming pool and sun beds.

"The room and hotel are in very bad condition even though they said it was renovated 10 years ago. Stains all over the walls. The furniture were old and warn down. Small rooms. Worst breakfast and hotel we ever visited.
Bad smell at the balcony and in the toilet.
Tap in the toilet did not work. No covers for the blanket that were full of nasty stains.
They tried to hide the smell in the hallways with strong perfume/incense.
The room has very thin walls so the cleaning stuff woke is up every morning in the hallway.
We Will never come back and dont recomend the hotel to anyone who is looking for a fresh hotell.
After one week living there they told us the beach towels (with nasty stains) has a charge so we had to pay when we left.
It said the was a lounge and bar - incorrect.
Dont get fooled by the pictures!
