“The whole holiday was a wonderful experience. I wish it could have been longer, but we are already planning to return. The house was an ideal holiday home for us both and our pet dog who enjoyed the yard and the dog beach not far away. Evans Head itself is a very relaxing destination, with the beach, the bowlo, and areas nearby that we explored. The whole process of check-in/check out were simple and uncomplicated. Thanks for making our holiday an enjoyable experience Col & Rose”

“Overall the property was agreeable and we enjoyed our stay. The downsides were: limited toilet paper (perhaps a small issue but 3 rolls for a week is stingy - are we expected to provide our own?), there were no replacement rubbish bags for the rubbish and compost receptacles (again are we expected to provide our own?), the A/C is only in the main lounge/dining/kitchen room so the bedrooms with the queen beds were hot. The tower fan provided was completely inadequate it would struggle to blow out...

“We really appreciated the opportunity to relax in this well presented house. The garden was a great spot for a cuppa & just listening to birdsong. The location made it walkable to all that we needed including the local pool & gym. We hope to visit again soon.”

“House was great, had everything you could want in it, beds were excellent, within walking distance of everything, but when you book a home advertised as pet friendly, you expect it to be pet friendly. I assumed the fence that divided the back yard was to keep animals in - not so. My dog is not used to being indoors, but I expected him to be safe on the back deck and in the back yard, without having to tie him up. Disappointed. Many thanks to the young girls who found him and kept him safe one...
