“Stunning view and location, and the hotel is very beautiful. However, the service is not in line with a 5 star hotel - for example they told us that we had not yet paid for our stay and took a deposit of more than the total cost for our 2 night stay when we in fact had already paid our room and when we came back to the reception and mentioned that we had already paid they had forgot about us despite we just talked to the same person… and at check out we did not get a receipt and it was a long...
Dessutom satt...
“Beautiful private Chalets with beautiful lake annecy view from the balcony. Walkable distance to the lake. The room was clean and the amenities were great although some rooms only had bathtubs that are not fully enclosed. Breakfast was delicious and eggs are made to order. Thanks to Cécilia who made us feel extra welcomed and she made really good coffees!”

“Wir haben die Wohnung fluchtartig verlassen. Die Bilder spiegeln nicht das wahre Gesicht.
Der Geruch war muffig abgestanden. Der Zustand veraltet, schmuddelig. Der Schlafbereich ist mini. Auf dem Bett ein verdreckter Überzug.Sitzberechsehr eng.
