Dear Tracy, thank you for your feedback.As previously informed, at weekends we only have one staff member managing the two accommodations we have, so it is impossible for her to be present permanently and we use self check-in to ensure that you get into the accommodation as soon as you arrive and to avoid having to wait for someone to greet you. The building where our accommodation is located is considered a municipal monument and therefore cannot be altered. Good morning, First of all, we would like to clarify that Casa Soure does not qualify as a hotel. Therefore, we do not have a 24-hour reception and our opening hours are mentioned in our information on the platform. Once you have self-checked in, having all your personal information in our hands to check in is a mandatory procedure in terms of security and is required by law, as your presence is communicated to the Portuguese foreigners and borders service. As for breakfast, as we deliver it to the apartment, it must be chosen in advance to have the proper preparation. However, we understand the reasons for your displeasure.

Relativamente aos pontos que refere acima:- Não existe serviço de limpeza diário, no entanto este pode ser solicitado durante a estadia mediante pagamento de uma taxa; em estadias superiores a 4 noites a limpeza está incluída no valor da reserva;- Na Casa Soure existe um apartamento a nível do rés de chão, sendo este o mais indicado para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida;- Somos um alojamento local, não temos receção 24h, no entanto estamos sempre disponíveis remotamente para ajudar.Esperamos recebê-lo de novo numa próxima visita à nossa cidade! :)Cumprimentos de toda a equipaCasa Soure Suites & Apartments
