“Had a lovely clean room overlooking the river unfortunately had an issue with the heating. This was dealt with by Laura.who relocated us to another room within minutes. Overall the staff were absolutely brilliant nothing was too much trouble and the carvery on Sunday evening and breakfast on Monday morning were 1st class and good value if it wasn't so far from home we would be regular visitors ”

“Jag har bott på det här hotellet flera gånger. På vintern är det för kallt men den här gången var det alldeles för varmt. Ingen AC och dåligt ventilation. Det var ganska svårt att få sova. Hade detta funkar så hade det varit ok med resterande. Ganska sliten i övrigt, engelsk standard, unket luft. Ingen i receptionen, andra resenärer lämnade mitt i natten. Jag antar att missnöjet var stor då elektroniska låsen utsattes för vandalism.”

“The main thing to be said about our stay at the poltimore is that the staff really couldnt do enough for you. So attentive and lovely. The room was clean, spacious and had a stunning view of the countryside. The water sometimes ran brown, but this is probably the only negative comment to be said. Food has always been very nice here. We happily stay here again. ”
