âWe cannot fault the service staff food and the location excellent it's just the overall finish needs some renovation to the outside finish,it's a bit tired but all that aside we enjoyed our stay staff were all very polite and helpful great. â

My only minor criticism is being 6â3 the light theyâd fitted to the single room was basically at face height so I cracked my head a couple of times getting in and out of bed. Otherwise would recommend for a cheap stay.â
âWe requested two doublerooms but we got two singelrooms. The rooms were not three star quality, they had no refrigerator, no aircondition, and the decor looked like it was from the 70s. The staff was nice, but the management was not.â

Inside, everything was spotlessly clean, warm, and incredibly comfortable truly a home away from home. The hosts were welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at ease from the moment we arrived. âLovely quirky hotel. Staff were fab. Food was lovely and best mussels Iâve had, beating many good French restaurants.
Bed was slightly uncomfortable as sloping a bit one way and a pillow menu would be good as I prefer really soft down ones. Good hot showers and loved the windows opening wide as sleep with fresh air even in winter so suited us well.
Loved the lounge to sit in quietly as well on a drizzly day. 10/10â

Room was lovely and warm on arrival, bed was terrific ... a great nights sleep. Will definitely go back when in area again.â
