“Our stay was a journey down memory lane for me. The hotel was still lovely and popular, the room was clean and albeit small as a twin, it was in keeping with such a historic building and the lady on the bar, who checked us in couldn’t be more welcoming. The kitchen even catered amazingly for a veggie and a vegan option breakfast. The hotel is centrally located for the beautiful village of Eyam’s history trail, tea rooms and local walks with good parking facilities. ”

“We very much enjoyed our stay at wisteria cottage. We were all pleasantly surprised at how spacious it is, but still being homely and cosy. The kitchen has everything needed to make your stay perfect.The welcome hamper was a very thoughtful gift. And the milk, coffee, tea etc was greatly appreciated for us to have that well needed cuppa on arrival. “Unfortunately no staff on reception at any time so no help when you need it. Had to find my own key to the room when arriving late as no porter around. Food very good though and room clean”
