“We were looking to book a shorter week in Fairfield to check out the university. This property allowed a shorter stay, which was extremely convenient for us. The location was a short drive to the university and within walking distance to the beach. The house itself was absolutely gorgeous. “What an amazing house, absolutely beautiful surroundings. Our first trip to Fairfield - love the town, love the neighborhood! The host made the process super easy. This is going to the tops of our local trips list. The only problem is we booked for just 2 nights. This was a home away from home, and we hate to leave. ”

“This house is adorable! We rented it for our adult children and two grandchildren for our wedding weekend. The owner is excellent at communicating and providing information about things to do in the area. The house is immaculate and the sleeping quarters are perfect! I would definitely recommend this house for a family looking in the area and am keeping their information in my records for future use! Cannot say enough good things about the house and the owner!”

“This is my third year staying at this property. I have friends that live around the area so it is a nice quiet private space to reconnect. Paul the host is always quick to respond to any concerns I may have while staying. My dog Angel is in heaven literally 5 steps to the water . The beach and people are so kind and friendly. Love it!”
